ALWA smartPINS are resistant to all common industrial cleaning media. Contact with oils, emulsions or alkalis is also no problem. Our smartPINS can even withstand high temperatures, such as up to 180 degrees in vacuum dryers, without any problems. For use at high temperatures or in contact with acids, we manufacture your smartPINS from special materials or give them an additional finish.
Our smart goods carrier systems ensure harmonious interaction between automation and cleaning processes. Thanks to the high level of flexibility and stackability, certain processes can be carried out with or without a cleaning basket (rotating). Technical queries in the processes such as PokaYoke, inductive queries, RFID, data matrix and other traceability options can also be integrated without any problems.
