In addition to our workpiece carriers and pins, we offer you practical additional solutions and services that perfectly round off your customised carrier system.
Cleaning without a wash basket: With ALWA smartPINS solutions, you can also clean your components without a wash basket. We will be happy to customise your carrier system accordingly, without changing ongoing processes.
Transport trolleys : Our practical transport trolleys make daily handling of the workpiece carriers much easier. These can be customised to your needs on request.
Customisation of pallets: To ensure safe internal/external transport of workpieces, we equip (Euro) pallets with and without oil drip trays. Fixing pins prevent the trays from slipping on the transport pallet (oil tray) and ensure safe logistics.
Switch system: When transferring workpieces to another workpiece carrier (blister), this can be adapted to the specified customer/interchangeable packaging. By transferring from one carrier to the other, several components can be transferred at the same time using the "switch process". This reduces the costs of repackaging.
Size adaptation: To avoid unnecessary handling, we are happy to adapt your workpiece carriers to specified sizes.
